This recipe is incredibly easy to prepare and delicious. It features our Turmeric Raw Herbal Extract and a hint of ginger for a unique, slightly sweet breakfast. Use the milky version of coconut milk, not the canned variety.

Ingredients
– ? cup rolled oats
– 1 teaspoon chia seeds
– ? cup unsweetened coconut milk
– 2 droppers Turmeric Raw Herbal Extract
– ? teaspoon cinnamon
– ? teaspoon ground ginger
– 3 drops Stevia liquid
– 1 teaspoon crystallized ginger pieces
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large glass container and stir well.
2. Store in the refrigerator overnight.

Nutty Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
– 1 cup Medjool dates (pitted, chopped, firmly packed)
– 1 ? cups rolled oats, divided

– ? cup salted almond butter
– ? cup maple syrup

Directions
1. Process the dates in a food processor until they resemble dough.
2. Transfer the dates to a mixing bowl.
3. Process half of the oats in the food processor to a finer consistency and add to the bowl.
4. Add the remaining oats, almonds, and dried fruit to the bowl. If using optional additions, add them now.
5. Heat the almond butter and maple syrup over low heat until liquified, then add the Tulsi extract.

7. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into the dish.
